Eligible Projects and Activities

Projects that may be undertaken with revolving loan monies:

• Business construction, conversion, expansion, repair, modernization and development costs;
• Purchase and development of land, easements, rights-of-way, buildings, facilities, leases or materials;
• Purchase of equipment, leasehold improvements, machinery or supplies;
• Pollution control and abatement;
• Start-up operating costs and working capital;
• Reasonable fees related to the project;
• Aquaculture.

All projects must be located within the borders of EAPDD.
