LITTLE ROCK - Governor Mike Beebe this evening declared Montgomery and Pike Counties disaster areas in the aftermath of the deadly flash flooding of the Little Missouri River. Governor Beebe Announces Intent to Grant Pardons

LITTLE ROCK - Governor Mike Beebe today announced his intent to grant eight pardons. An additional 21 clemency requests were denied and 25 had no action taken upon them.
